George and Daphne are a lovable Yorkshire Couple who live in a wonderful world of bright colours and bubble trees. Their creation came from 'The Umbrella' series, which can be viewed in my online shop. Over time, George developed as he changed his clothes, lost his umbrella, slimmed down a little and then met Daphne. My intention is for us to relate to George and Daphne as they explore their quirky surroundings and express their tremendous love for each other.
